The staff were all very good and especially good at entertaining our 5 year old.
We had dinner in the bar and it was excellent and great value for money at £10
for two courses, couldn't manage dessert as the portions were huge.
Didn't think they could top that but then we had breakfast next morning and it was even better.
Would definitely go back. Also the decor has been upgraded since being on ......... website.

Our accommodation was one of the suites in the converted stable block.
The room was ideal as we have two young children.
We dined in the bar and the food was absolutely spot on - particularly the seafood platter!
Breakfast set us up for a full day out in the Lakes.
We are looking forward to visiting again. ~ Dave, October 2008
