• Braunston Reprographics are unable to access private email accounts.

 

• Any web references must be supplied as FULL http addresses.

 

• Computers and equipment is for staff use only.

 

• Braunston Reprographics reserve the right to refuse to reproduce any item we believe breaches copyright or any other law, or that Braunston Reprographics deem to be offensive, or that may damage Braunston Reprographics’ equipment.

 

• Braunston Reprographics are bound by copyright laws which limit the works and proportion thereof that we are able to reproduce.

 

• It is illegal to photocopy in colour any certificates, money, licences or other legal documents.

 

• A deposit of at least 50% must be taken before print or design work can take place.

 

• Images from magazines, Catalogues, the Internet etc, CANNOT be used in your publications unless you have the express permission of the copyright owner.

 

• All effort will be made to meet quoted time scales, but Braunston Reprographics cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.

 

• Once a proof has been approved it is the responsibility of the customer if there are any errors in design.

 

• All artworks produced by Braunston Reprographics remain the property of Braunston Reprographics and cannot be reproduced by any other means until permission has been made expressly by Braunston Reprographics. A fee will be charged for artwork release.

 

• Whilst all care will be taken with customers property Braunston Reprographics cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst on the premises.

 

• Braunston Reprographics cannot be held responsible for the quality of

reproductions from customer supplied artwork.

 

• Laminating is an irreversible procedure, please ensure that all items are suitable before this procedure takes place as Braunston Reprographics cannot be held responsible for any unwanted results. Some items are unsuitable for lamination and we reserve the right to refuse this procedure on these grounds.

 

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

• Braunston Reprographics reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

 

• These terms are not negotiable.
