	Brewood Theatre Group - Guidelines

The Brewood Theatre Group started in July 1987. We thought it might be helpful if we wrote down a few guidelines for existing and new members who may not appreciate the procedure.

1. All bookings and cheques must be sent by the date shown on the booking form to Phoebe Nattrass at Apple Tree Cottage, Blymhill Lawn, Weston-under-Lizard, Shropshire TF11 8LS and made payable to the BREWOOD THEATRE GROUP.
2. No tickets will be reserved for you unless we have received payment.
3. You will be allocated seats automatically unless your cheque is returned to you. Tickets are handed out on the coach.
4. If you want confirmation of your booking, please send a stamped addressed postcard, check your bank statement or give either of us a ring.
5. It is your responsibility to join the coach prior to its departure from the Square in Brewood. The coach will leave promptly at the time stated in the letter as it is unfair to keep other members waiting, so please try to be there on time.
6. The price of the ticket normally includes the coach fare, the tip for the driver, and sometimes parking and we are unable to refund travel costs if you wish to make your own arrangements as the price is calculated by dividing the number of tickets into the price of each coach.
7. You are always welcome to phone us with queries: we are working on a voluntary basis and we want to keep our phone bills down.
8. If you are unable to come to the performance you have paid for we cannot return the money to you unless there is a waiting list. There is usually such a list and we feel it is more fair to those on it to be given first refusal. We should appreciate it therefore if you could check with Phoebe or Anna before trying to sell the tickets yourself.
