Transport:

Coven is well served by buses run by several different operators both on a regular basis to Wolverhampton and less frequently to other towns and villages in the area. The nearest large mainline rail stations are at Wolverhampton and Stafford and there are smaller stations at Penkridge, Bilbrook and Codsall. Bus and rail timetables can be obtained from the Parish Council offices in Brewood. There are also several local taxi companies who cover the area. Here are a few which you may find useful:

Recycling Facilities

On the Methodist Church car park the are the following recycling facilities: paper bank/shoe bank/clothes bank/bottle bank/aluminium cans bank.

There is also a household recycling scheme in place for collection of garden waste and recycled waste and paper.

Larger recycling depots are located at Bilbrook Tip and Shaw Road Tip, Bushbury
