Helen is a Yorkshire lass who crossed over to
the wrong side of the
Pennines in 2001 to study BSc Physics with Acoustics at Salford
University. She graduated in July 2005 and is now working as an
acoustic consultant for an architectural firm in Manchester.
Helen has been in the BT Band since August 2002 and for her sins also
recruits the deps. She has also taken part in several tours abroad as
solo horn with the Young Ambassadors Brass Band (www.yabb.co.uk),
including 2 trips to USA/Canada.
