Renate is from a little municipality just west of
Berger in Norway. She started playing the cornet at the age of 8 because
her Mum made her!!! Renate played the tenor horn and the cornet but
eventually moved on to the Soprano cornet in 2002. Renate has a degree in social work back in Norway, but she wasnt ready to give up student life, so she moved over to England to start another degree, this time in music at Salford University. Renate asked asked for the following mention below, anyone would think she was on tele!! Hi Mum!!
