Hi there! Thanks for visiting the South West UK website for all hashing, bashing and orienteering stuff too!

So, what's new? You'll have alreay noticed that the page has been slightly re-vamped and now the old 'Links' menu appears across the header, but did you also notice the 'Text Only' link? This is for those who use a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) to access the web on the move, often via mobile phones. As the screens on these gadgets are small, presentation is very much text based, so no pictures! This is a work in progress, so if you have the chance to review the page via one of these new(ish) gadgets, please let me know how you get on. NOTE: At the moment the Diary cannot readily be adated for this purpose. The choice remains to download and view the PDF version, or scroll around on the website page.

Currently under development is a page that will give a list of frequently used run sites that are not necessarily easy to find and their associated grid references - a mammoth exercise! And I've recently added an informative page relating to that little pest, the tick. Check out 'Tick Alert!' The information is valuable and dispells a few commonly held myths.

If you're an international hasher - or would like to be! - you need to be aware of Interhash 2010 in Sarawak, Borneo (www.borneointerhash2010.com"). Here's hoping the main venue will be better organised than Perth - a little more relaxed in particular!
