Inital surveys to identify asbestos containing materials (HSG264 Refurbishment or Demolition surveys prior to major works or demolition);
Preperation of detailed asbestos removal specifications;
Assistance in the appointment of an appopriate asbestos removal contractor following site meetings and gathering of quotations;
Conduting of all on site monitoring, including any testing during the works (leak and reassurance air testing) and four stage clearance testing.
