Our voluntary organisation is a service established for the purpose of helping people to resolve problems through listening, talking and understanding. CALM mediators are specially trained to remain independent and impartial throughout the whole Mediation process.
Our service focuses on resolving disputes and mediation awareness training for organisations. We also provide in-house training in mediation for our volunteers.
Established in 1995, we mainly operate around the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, the City of Westminster, the London Boroughs of Brent and Hounslow and the City of London.
