General Info
The law centre occasionally takes on non-qualified volunteers to help with admin work, a particular project or caseload.

If you would like to be considered for a volunteer role, please send us your CV, and details of when you’re available and if you have any particular area of law you are interested in.

Your name and details will be added to our volunteers register. Staff consult the register, as necessary, whenever they are able to offer suitable experience or require assistance. It is not possible to predict the likely level of demand at any time during the year.

Advice
Evening advice sessions at the Law Centre are staffed by qualified volunteer solicitors and barristers. These sessions cover employment, immigration, family and housing law. These sessions are for advice only and no casework is undertaken. If you are interested in volunteering please contact the Law Centre on 0207 284 6510 and ask to speak to a worker from the relevant unit.

Membership and Management Committee
The Law Centre Management Committee is also staffed by volunteer members. Membership is made up of individuals and representatives of local community organisations and groups. If you would like more information on becoming a member, please contact our admin team on 0207 284 6510.
