Please bring with you what you have of the following papers when you visit Camden Community Law Centre for advice:

Evidence of your (and your partner's) income

  • last 3 month's payslips
  • recent letters about any benefits you and your partner receive
  • recent letters about any tax credits you and your partner receive
  • recent letters about any pension and/or pension credit you or your partner receive
  • recent bank statements

    For housing advice please bring with you

  • tenancy agreement
  • letters from council/housing association/landlord
  • rent statements
  • County Court letters

    For immigration advice please bring with you

  • passports
  • documents showing immigration status
  • Immigration Tribunal letters
  • letters from the Home Office /UK Borders Agency
  • letters from UK Visas

    For employment advice please bring with you

  • contract of employment
  • employee handbook
  • payslips, P60
  • letters from employer
  • Employment Tribunal letters
