1) The above prices are per cottage per week, including VAT.

2) Normal rental period is from Saturday to Saturday - Other periods may be possible, please enquire.

3) Your first £20.00 of electricity is included in the rental price (Included for Studio Apartment). Additional credit is by pre-paid cards.

4) Short breaks are available on request. Please telephone or eMail us to discuss your requirements.

5) A deposit of £100.00 per cottage is required to secure a booking, except Studio Apartment, deposit £25.00.

6) Payment : Cash or Cheque only - Sorry No Cards.

CHEQUES : Must be received 10 days before arrival date.

CASH : Payment on Arrival.

7) No Pets.

8) No Smokers.
