This project was set up to find people with a learning disability from the Black and Minority Ethnic communities whose voice is not already being heard.
The aim of the project is to support people with a learning disability from Black and Minority Ethnic communities to speak up for themselves and take part in Cardiff People First.
How we can support you:
- To have your voice heard.
- Tell service providers how to make things better for you.
- Meet people with the same issues as you.
- Take part in cultural activities of your choice.
- Visit other groups.
- To learn about your rights.
- To learn to use complaint procedures.
- Help to be taken seriously.
