Carers Together registered as a small charity in March 2003.  Our Board of Trustees comprises carers and professionals who direct the orgnisation in the aim of working in partnership to support, inform and represent the needs of all carers looking after someone living within Redcar & Cleveland.

Our aim is

• To improve the quality of life of/for carers
  and the people they care for.
  

Our objectives are

• To represent the views of carers to positvely
  influence policies and services
• To enable individuals and agencies to understand,
  value and recognise carers.
• To increase the knowledge and skills of carers
  to make more informed choices.
