Carers Together, in partnership with Redcar and Cleveland Council and NHS Redcar & Cleveland, are providing a Dementia Advisor Service as part of the National Dementia Strategy

Jo Swinburne, Dementia Advisor, can provide information and support to people who are concerned about memory loss or with a diagnosis of dementia and their families throughout the illness.

The Dementia Advisor Service offers a free, confidential service to facilitate easy access to care, support and appropriate services at any stage of the illness.
