APPLICATIONS

 

Heating and Cooling throughout the whole building, or individually if required. The occupant of an office, a room in a hotel, a laboratory or a shop etc... Is able to choose their desired temperature via the thermostat, to control the air conditioner completely independent of the rest of the building.

PRINCIPLE

All the air conditioners are connected to a closed water loop. This water loop provides a stable and permanent heating or cooling source for the building.   Such units that function in the cooling mode, reject the excess heat into the water loop. The others that operate in the heating mode will draw from the water loop the necessary heating.   Therefore the system will compensate for the imbalance of heating/cooling requirements in the various areas : north face, south face, internal areas, IT rooms, conference rooms, entrance lobbies etc…...   A heat injector and a heat rejection plant will be necessary for connection into the water loop to satisfy extreme external temperature conditions.

Localisation of risk : in the case of the failure of one unit, only that area served is affected. During a long term contract, 10 years or more, suggested by France ENERGIE, the return in stages TO THE FACTORY for a very modest forfeit price and for a very short delivery.
