Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice, thereafter interest will be charged at 4% above the Clydesdale Bank rate. Goods remain the property of C.A.S Duncan until payment is made in full. Payment of invoices are only accepted by cheque, cash or direct bank transfer. We do not accept credit or debit cards for invoices. No complaint regarding invoices will be entertained unless notified in writing within 7 days.

Travelling time to the property address for our plumbing and electrical departments is chargeable.  Also any time collecting materials or parts required for the job is charged. Minimum of 1 hour charged.

Our service engineers charge per half hour.
