Description
Lewsey is an indoor 25 metre range with 4 firing points. It's Range Safety Certificate permits the use of small-bore and full-bore ammunition up to approximately the power of 45ACP. It is also rated for muzzle-loading pistols, but the electrostatic precipitation air filtration is ineffective against blackpowder smoke.
Luton Rifle and Pistol Club book it alternate nights with another local club.
Please do not visit the range without an appointment: unless you have one we are not allowed to let you shoot.
Getting there
The range is in the basement of the Lewsey Community Centre (LU4 0SW) on the corner of Landrace Road and Tomlinson Avenue in Luton.
