This was actually my first deal on eBay but the seller took so long to respond I had already completed half a dozen other purchases meanwhile. I had just read up on all the rules and guidance so it was all fresh. I left Mr. Webb a negative after 2 weeks as he had not bothered to answer the emails I had sent him plus the automated ones from ebay. A few days after that he responded in reply to feedback saying he was getting the blame as it was only 14 days that had passed. I replied that eBay say get in touch within 3 days! Not a lot more to be added here as he admits the amount of time in his negative response published in the reply to feedback. Not a good start to the eBay experience!
