The Lord Mayor of Chester opens a new CHAPTER.

The Lord Mayor, Councillor John Ebo presided over the AGM of CHAPTER, a charity in Chester which works with people with mental health problems.

Funded from year to year by a variety of Trust Funds, the Primary Care Trust and the Local Authority, CHAPTER was celebrating its nineteenth year of successful operation.

A group of young people involved in the Youth project led by Jayne Pengelly entertained the audience with a dramatic presentation. The Lord mayor presented awards to clients and volunteers, and then performed the first 'click of a mouse' to activate the new CHAPTER website, (www.chapterwestcheshire.co.uk) which had been developed by two of the volunteers.
