CHAPTER (West Cheshire) Ltd. Mental Health and Wellbeing Project Target: Wellbeing aims to help people achieve healthier and happier lives. It is a programme of over 90 projects that increase exercise, encourage healthier eating and promote mental wellbeing. Funded by £8.9m from the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, it is managed by Groundwork for the benefit of targeted disadvantaged communities across the Northwest. Why CHAPTER? After a period of mentall ill health it can be difficult to get back into work, or indeed engage in activities that can help you regain some control of your life. At CHAPTER we have over 16 years experience of helping people take these first steps. Involvement in regular activities such as voluntary work or education not only helps with future employment prospects but can also have a very positive effect on your mental well being.
