Who can refer to CHAPTER?

Anyone who works within Primary or Secondary Mental health services who can provide details of risk assessment.

How long will the potential client wait to hear from CHAPTER?

We aim to send out an initial appointment within 7 days of receiving the referral form, most are sent out within 48 hours.

How long can a client be with CHAPTER?

As long as required, our service is not time limited, we offer continued support throughout the clients journey.

What can my client expect?

Clients will be assigned a key worker who will meet with them regularly to provide support and guidance and establish goals and facilitate the achievement of these goals.

What kind of things might a Client do?

This can be anything from Voluntary work to Work experience placement in a wide variety of settings. It may be attending educational courses either in Colleges or CHAPTERs' own accredited training course. We also have a Gardening project that can offer both voluntary work and to some supported permitted earnings after a qualifying period.
