CHINA FONG RESTAURANT VOUCHERS
Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to China Fong Vouchers (the “Vouchers”):

- Validity
Vouchers are only valid before the respective expiry date and are sealed with a China Fong Stamp.

- Redemption
Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited to the customer.

Each £5 voucher can be redeemed against any takeaway over £15, or restaurant dinning for one customer, unless otherwise stated (i.e purchased gift vouchers).

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part, for cash of any amount.

- Lost or stolen Vouchers
China Fong Restaurant does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Vouchers. Any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.

- Invalidity:
Vouchers which are defaced, altered or tampered in any way will not be accepted. Photocopies of vouchers are not accepted, and may be prosecuted

- Re-sale:
Vouchers cannot be on-sold by the customer

Please note that voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
