Email from Richard, Treasurer Dear Old Scholars Old Scholars Summer Outing to British Wildlife Centre, Newchapel, Lingfield RH7 6LF on Saturday 25th August 2018 Noon for 1pm lunch There has been a change of date from the second Saturday in September to the last Saturday in August for our Annual Outing. Sorry it's such short notice, but Janet and I were already committed on the other date. So, I hope that as many of you as possible can make it on Saturday the 25th August 2018 (in just under seven weeks time). Brian has asked me to email you with the details. I can confirm that the British Wildlife Centre is just north of the Newchapel roundabout on the A22 (Eastbourne Road), postcode as above. We meet in the car park from noon onwards where there are disabled parking spaces available. There are two picnic areas, as well as a coffee shop in the visitor centre which serves hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, savoury pastries, pies, chips, cakes and confectionery. Note that the coffee shop is not open to non-visitors to the centre. If we get 15 or more adults/senior citizens in the party the prices, after a 10% discount, will be: adults £10.35, seniors (over 65's) £9.45, children (3-15) £7.65, children under 3 free, carers (ID required) free. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP if you can come - we should have an excellent day out. Kind Regards   Richard
