You can ring Connect on 01744 731113 or speak to your keyworker or any other
worker involved with your child to arrange a lift to your next appointment.
Because all our drivers are volunteers and give up their own valuable time
to
provide this service please make sure you allow us at least one weeks
notice
to organise your lift.
