January 2009 - £45 per person per session
This includes tea/coffee on arrival, recipe sheets, step by step tuition, a two course lunch and a glass of wine.
We teach 6 people per class and demonstrations start at 10.30am.
Each class will have a different dish prepared from scratch, using fresh local produce.
Our objective is to demonstrate and teach a variety of techniques, cooking styles and flavours.
We will endeavor to satisfy all levels of skill from novice to professional.
Fish
Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th January 2009
We will show you how to select, fillet and cook fresh fish, as well as some accompanying sauces and garnishes.

Friday 30th & Saturday 31st January 2009
Classical regional dishes from Tuscany.

Due to minimal places available payments are non refundable in the event of cancellation.
