Cookery Classes / Demonstrations
January Program - £30 per head per session
Classes/Demonstrations start at 10:30am and include recipe sheets, tuition, step by step instructions, two course meal and a glass of house wine.
Each class will have a different dish prepared from scratch, using fresh local produce.
Our objective is to demonstrate and teach a variety of techniques, cooking styles and flavours.
We will endeavour to satisfy all levels of skill from novice to professional, based on demand.
Wednesday 9th January: Fish - From Sea to Table
We will show you how to select, fillet and cook fresh fish, as well as some accompanying sauces and garnishes.
Wednesday 16th January: Game - From Field to Table
The game season is something that cannot be ignored, we will show you how to seal in the unmistakeable flavour.
Wednesday 23rd January: Italy - Sea & Mountain
Classical regional dishes from the Amalfi Coast.
Wednesday 30th January: Moroccan - Saffron and Spice
Sample traditional north African cuisine, aromatic tagines and unique flavours.
