New Year's Eve Set Menu (31st December 2007): six course set menu for £60
Doors open at 7.30pm with the first course at 8.30pm.
Enjoy a Champagne cocktail on arrival, with live music during your meal and a Champagne toast at midnight.
The courses are as follows:
Smoked salmon terrine with blue swimmer crab and red pepper coulis
Tiger prawns with mango and pine nut basmati
Baked scallops with oriental vegetables and a thai dressing
Wild mushroom and potato pavé with tomato coulis, red wine reduction and herb oil
Peppered lamb fillet with ratatouille, spinach and lamb stock
L'assiette des trios dessert - Panettone bread and butter pudding, Dark chocolate tear and a passion fruit pannacotta
