Your Innkeeper is Stephen Whyte, known locally as Chalky. His philosophy is simple, It's nice to be nice!

We are bringing back the art of conversation to the Inn.

No televisions, loud music or pool tables, just good, friendly chat.

At The Blue Bell we pride ourselves that our chefs use only the finest and freshest ingredients in our food and wherever possible we use local suppliers.
Everything is cooked from fresh .Just wholesome traditional food served to a high standard in a pleasant environment. We cater for all.Vegetarians celiacs and also have a childrens menu.We also specialise in Fresh fish.

For those with a smaller appetite you can choose from our lighter meals including our Famous 'Blue Bell Smokie' to those with a healthier appetite which include 16oz Horseshoe Gammon, 10oz Sirloin Steak and our legendary 'Copper Dragon' Steak and Ale Pie.
