TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All quotations given are open for acceptance within 60 days but are subject to revision prior to acceptance
should circumstances render this action necessary.Orders are accepted for execution at prices ruling
at date of despatch.
PAYMENT
Except where otherwise agreed, our terms are net cash. Payment is due on presentation of invoice.
Where we have opened an account with you invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date.
Payment for civil work is due immediately on completion of such work and may be subject to stage payments.
VALUE ADDED TAX VAT is not included in our prices or quotation and will be added to all invoices at the rate ruling at date of despatch.
DELIVERY
Delivery dates are approximate. No liability is accepted for delay in delivery howsoever arising. Damages or
shortages must be signed for and a written claim made on the carriers within three days of delivery.
Where our company vehicles are used the driver must be notified at the time of unloading and the
consignment note marked accordingly.The consignee is responsible for unloading and the provision of
handling equipment such as Fork Lift, Crane etc. Packing and packing accessories may be charged extra
where applicable. Where carriage is chargeable, the cost is added to the invoice value.
LOSS IN TRANSIT
The Post Office, Rail Companies and Public Transport Companies only accept claims for loss in transit
made within a limited period. If goods are not received within 14 days of the date on our invoice we
must be advised immediately otherwise neither the carriers or ourselves will be liable for any loss involved.
CANCELLATION AND VARIATION
Orders once accepted by us are binding. They cannot be cancelled or varied except at our discretion.
Cancellation of non-standard products or cancellations not received by the last day of the month
preceding the month fixed for delivery will not be accepted.
INSTALLATION
The purchaser is responsible for providing suitable handling equipment, i.e. Fork Lift Truck, to unload
the transport and to aid in the installation of the equipment.
When necessary the purchaser is responsible for the preparation of the site, and the provision of any
supplies and services which may be required. Our Technicians will make temporary electrical connections
to installed equipment for testing. Final electrical connections must be made by the customers appointed
qualified electrical contractor. Detailed specifications and requirements are clearly set out in separate
Technical Data Sheets available on the products concerned. Provision for the disposal of any packaging is
the customers responsibility.
DESIGN
The right to alter the design or the construction of equipment at any time without notice is reserved.
Details of design and technical data as shown in brochures may not accurately depict the product
available at the time of ordering, technical data should always be checked against the latest technical
data sheets available from Craig Specialis Sevices Ltd.
WARRANTY
Terms and Conditions of Warranty are available on request.
PASSING OF PROPERTY
Title to the goods shall only pass to the purchaser upon payment in full of the invoice price and
Craig Specialist Services Ltd reserve the right to repossess ANY goods in respect of
which payment is overdue.
PASSING OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall pass upon delivery to the purchaser or his authorised agent. In the absence
of written notice from the purchaser to us and the carriers (See "Delivery and Loss in Transit" above), the
goods shall be deemed to have been delivered complete and in satisfactory condition.
LAW OF CONTRACT
All contracts for the sale of the Company's products shall be subject to English Law and the parties submit
to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. The application of the uniform laws of international sales is excluded.
This condition shall not prevent the Company instituting proceedings in the courts of any other country to enforce
such contract against the customer.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE
All quotations are given and contracts made by the Company are subject to the above and may not be
varied except in writing by an authorised officer of the Company.
