'Spring In Your Garden'

Tuesday 21st April 2009 - 10.30am to 12.30pm

Course Fee £22.00

Spring is a busy time of year in the garden, but by putting in a little effort now you will reap the rewards for many months.

This course covers topics such as how and what to feed your plants, spring pruning techniques and pests and diseases and how to avoid them.

There will be plenty of time for questions to ensure everyone goes away full of new knowledge.

'The Magnificent Garden - All Year Round'

Thursday 2nd July 2009 - 10.30am to 12.30pm

Join this informative course and be fired with enthusiasm to make your outside space a year round spectacle.

This is not a course on garden design but a real look at plants and how to use them to their full potential.

'Summer Pruning of Trained Fruit Trees'

Espaliers, fans, cordons, stepovers, 'S' & Double 'U' shaped - whatever you would like to achieve or look after, this course is for you.

Correct pruning will help encourage maximum growth and fruiting from these delightful trees.

'The Best Tree For Your Garden'

Every gardener has space for trees, the trick is knowing the best ones to plant to give you year round colour, interest and even perhaps food!

Correct planting techniques, watering and aftercare will help to ensure years of pleasure from your trees so this relaxed, informative session covers these aspects too.

How we produce apple trees - to include a tour of the nursery production area.
