Highgate Hill Solicitors are experienced in litigation in both England and abroad. We undertake litigation for either claimant or defendant in most areas of law. The Principal, Dr. Katherine Alexander Theodotou, has been the main litigator in European firms and she has been particularly successful in commercial litigation.

Commercial Litigation

We can provide translators and interpreters, mainly for disputes outside UK and we can brief thoroughly our clients regarding the procedures required.

Criminal Litigation

We can undertake Criminal litigation at Magistrates Court and Crown Court and advice at the police station. We can receive emergency calls from the Police for our client out of hours. We are not a legally aided firm, but we can negotiate a suitable fee according to the client’s needs.

Civil Litigation

This is an important area of our practice, which we deal with on an international basis. Our practice encourages early negotiations and settlement out of court in order to avoid excessive cost and time. We advise clients on the strength of their case as early as possible and we constantly direct the area of settlement.
