Who is the service for?

The service is aimed at organisations that have a specific project or problem that must be addressed but for which there are inadequate in-house resources.

Why should you enquire about this service?

Rather than put off the potential to improve the situation until the resources become available, or recruit additional resources for which there may not be a long term requirement, consider employing an Interim Manager.  Unlike a consultant an Interim Manager provides a more 'hands-on' service and needs to be recruited with the same care and attention as an employee.
