European Skilled facilitator programme

An event of major significance and has particular relevance to the way we as mediators communicate and approach our practice.

Roger Schwarz is an internationally-renowned expert on facilitation and author of international best sellers, a leader in his field Roger is well published and incredibly well respected (Peter Senge, author of the Fifth Discipline and Chris Argyris, Professor emeritus Harvard University, publicly cite Roger's work as mastery) and Roger has been persuaded to come to London in December to run the first ever European Skilled facilitator programme. This is without a doubt a rare and unique opportunity to learn the innovative, world-class skills and techniques that will dramatically increase one's effectiveness as a facilitator and mediator.

The event is being hosted by Aled Davies who co-leads the MATA mediator training course. Aled travelled to the US at the end of last year to attend Roger's 5-day workshop and has since applied the Skilled Facilitator Approach to his mediation and facilitation practice with dramatic results.

The event will include a one-day introduction to the Skilled Facilitator Approach, followed by a four-day Skilled Facilitator Intensive workshop. Spaces are limited to 24 for the Intensive Workshop and 120 for the One-day introduction.
