Cancellation
Policy
All fees for MATA Training Courses are due one month before
the course. If cancellation occurs the principle is shared
loss
Therefore if cancellation occurs:
• More than one month before the course 100% of the
fee is refunded
• Between 15 days and one month, 50% of the fee is
refunded
• Less than 15 days no fee is refunded
unless a replacement is found in which case 90% of the fee
is refunded for cancellations less than one month before
the course.
Conditions may be varied by MATA for special cases (e.g.
illness, bereavement, transfers to other MATA courses etc.)
