Having worked with Wills, Court issues and estate administration for nearly ten years, previously with the Lord Chancellors Department for the Probate Registry and being responsible for dealing with Solicitors Applications, approving the work for which they charge,  the background experience of this company is considerable.

With a friendly and approachable manner and an efficient approach we will attend any Probate meeting as your personal representative, easing the pressure of dealing with the legalities.  As we are not Solicitors, we do not charge for obtaining the Grant of Probate, saving more money and being able to offer advice to do as much or as little as you want.

Every situation is different and having had to deal with people in many situations, we also undertake regular attorney work and Deputyship roles on fixed fee arrangements and management fees, so what you agree is what you pay. 

If we can’t help, we will personally try and find you someone who can, free of charge………..

Having strong links with other Solicitors who specialise in Conveyancing, Matrimonial and Family Law we can ensure that you can get advice in most aspects as well as a designated accountant to deal with Income Tax issues (excluding Income Tax relating to Estate Administration).

We also have links with other Independent Willwriters across the country, meaning that we all operate in a similar manner with similar costs, thus providing consistency to the work and offering assistance if you are out of the area – building on the access to advice without any extra cost to you.

While we do not have to be legally qualified in the same way as a Solicitor it does mean that we can operate considerably cheaper than Legal firms passing the savings on.  This does not mean that you receive a “cheap” service, quite the opposite and have to adhere to a  Code of Practice, maintenance of training and development still accredited by the Institute of Professional Willwriters, as well as having Insurance Cover in place to make sure you, the client, are protected.
