Equipment

Our Flexographic printing presses are capable of running all types of substrates from self adhesive papers to unsupported films.
These presses are in place to compliment each other, which provide opportunities for competitive pricing, maximize efficiency, high overall finished quality

This can be achieved by catering for small to medium quantities from blank labels to one, two and three colours
Also addressing the other end by providing medium to large quantities based on running wider with the ability of providing blank labels, one colour print to five spot colours and four colour process work with UV varnish allowing for text, identification, numbering and barcodes along with pictures, diagrams etc.

The Inspection and Finishing department

The inspection of the finished labels is achieved using Hi-Tech state of the art equipment which provides automatic tensioning and web control with speeds up to 200 meters per minute. This achieving the high end finished quality by highlighting any sub standard quality which will be removed to provide high quality in all finished products.

All rolls will be finished in relation to customers specification on correct amount of labels per roll, core diameter, finished width, leading edge before packing and shipping.

Quality Control
	The finishing department provides our label inspection, final quality control checks and finishes the labels to the correct diameter and core size to suit your applicator.
