Our trip to Stratford in the summer of 2005 had been so enjoyable that we decided to risk a repeat performance.  As with the previous trip, we were accompanied by all of our three children, Lucy, Robert and Rosemary.  This will probably be the last full family holiday, partly because the children are now so grown up, and partly because Lucy will be leaving home in September to study medicine at Cardiff University, having achieved her goal of four A grades in Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Critical Thinking.  Who said that no one studies the sciences any more....
