Calcutt Bottom Lock - Stockton Top Marina (1¾ miles, 0 locks)
We had cleaned the outside of the boat and polished all the brasswork the previous evening, but it hadn't rained in spite of the black clouds as we set off back to the marina.
For the first time, we don't know when we will be back on Hawksmoor. The list for selecting which weeks each of the owners would like to book has not reached us yet, and we won't decide where the boat will be based until the owners' meeting in October.
