By simulating the optical performance of a plastic part full confidence in what is being defined on the drawing can be generated. The simulations are usually so good that the final results are very close to the simulations ensuring that the designs are right first time. With very considerable sums being invested in mould tool design, the cost of the tooling makes our approach cost effective.
