Good turnout…
Once again a good number of runners arrived at the picnic area car park on Friday 2nd July to take part in Tideswell’s annual Fell Race. Although in a busy week for fell runners, our race is still proving popular. Weather better…After a
downpour in the afternoon created soggy conditions underfoot and a shower at
the start threatened to drench us all (again!) the rain mercifully held off
for most of the race and the presentation of our unique trophies.
These ceramic plates are hand crafted by Chris Jensen, a local potter, and
are totally individual. Our thanks, once again, go to Chris Hall Carpets of
