Key Focus for 2009 - 10

  • continue to develop pupils science skills
  • become familiar with the new skills that are being introduced into APP
  • ensure the skills that are taught develop progressively from FS 2 to year 6
  • develop moderation procedures that build teachers ability to describe what a child can do (skills) that indicates he/she is working at a particular level

 Key words for teachers to focus on in key stage 2, particularly year 5 & 6
