To Start your Meal

Leek and Stilton Soup    
 Served with sesame cheese straws.

Crown of Melon
Filled with fruits and berries, placed on a contrast of fruit coulis.

Chinese Spiced Duck  Breast  
Served  with an orange and walnut salad drizzled with bramble vinigrette dressing. 

Medley of Seafood     
A tower of crab, prawns and smoked salmon, served with lemon mayonnaise, cucumber taglietelle and tossed salad leaves.

Assortment of Mushrooms  
Sauteed with lardons of bacon, port wine cream and garlic, placed in a pastry case. 

Main Courses

Breast of  Free Range Chicken      
Sauteed in Cider and cream ,topped with aspargus tips .
  
Pumkin Rissotto      
Garnished with asparagus tips in a tarragon cream, topped with cherry vine tomatoes and parmesan shavings. 

 Honey Roast Tenderloin of Pork  
Wrapped in pancetta, with an apple and sage stuffing, sliced on to a bed of leeks with cider gravy.    

 Fillet of salmon    
Baked in a pastry lattice with spinach, a hint of pickled ginger and a lemon dill hollandaise.  

Main courses served with dauphinoise potaoes and bowls of fresh vegetables.

Dessert Menu

Peanut Butter and Toffee Ice Cream 
Served in a brandy snap basket garnished with fresh fruit and warm choclate sauce.

Cappuccino Creme Brulee 
Flavoured with Tia Maria.   

Lemon Posset
With winter berry compote and shortbread biscuits.

Trio of Desserts
Dark chocolate brownie, brandy snap with white chocolate ice cream and a baileys raspberry
milk chocolate mousse.
