Deep fried in panko breadcrumbs with honey roasted beetroot and shallots drizzled with pesto dressing.

Crab, crayfish tails and prawns layered between slices of smoked salmon with a cucumber salad and lemon mayonnaise.

Filled with tropical fruits and berries on a contrast of fruit coulis

Filled with Somerset brie wrapped in bacon with a port wine and cream sauce  

Leek and Asparagus Strudel
Baked in filo pastry with ricotta cheese, placed on a pesto cream sauce

Fillet of Devon Hake  
Pan-fried with cray fish tails ,baby capers and wilted spinach.  

Roast Loin of pork
With sausage and apple stuffing crackling and apple sauce

Served in a brandy snap basket garnished with fresh fruit and warm chocolate sauce
