Cauliflower and Stilton Soup
Flavoured with white wine ,served with pesto  cheese straws

Portabella Mushroom
Pan-fried with black pudding & chorizo topped with a free range poached egg & glazed with hollandaise sauce  

Crown of Melon
Filled with mango and passion fruit sorbet on a contrast of fruit coulis

Rillets of Salmon  
Slowly cooked salmon,flaked with cream cheese and chives topped with a cucumber tagliatelle and baby leaves 

Parma Ham  and Goats Cheese
Drizzled with truffle oil garnished with  beetroot and served with a rocket salad

Duet of Guniea Fowl 
Sauteed breast sliced and accompanied with a confit leg spring roll and a tyhme jus 

Leek and Aspargus Tart

Baked in a shortcrust pastry case with gruyere cheese,topped with roasted cherry vine tomatoes

Wrapped around a light smoked haddock mousse ,poached in white wine and cream sauce  

Calves Liver
Pan fried ,topped with beer battered onion rings and crispy bacon

Tenderloin  of  Truro Pork
Rolled in honey ,sage and sesame seeds sliced onto a bed of braised red cabbage
