Capricorn goats cheese  apple  with apple crisps ,placed on a rocket salad drizzled with a pesto dressing

Duck Pancakes   

Deep fried in a crispy won tong Served with a hoi sin dipping sauce and cucumber salsa

Rump of Lamb   
 Panfried with honey and rosemary ,sliced onto champ with a red wine reduction 

Breast of Quantock Pheasant  
Filled with a thyme and pistachio stuffing wrapped in panchetta placed  onto winter greens  

Fillet of Lemon Sole  
Rolled around a salmon mousse poached in a champagne and cream sauce  


Leek and Aspargus Tart   
Baked in a shortcrust pastry case with gruyere cheese,topped with roasted cherry vine tomatoes
