 The Smouldering Captain Poldark    
A rich fish soup with tiger prawns and monkfish tails laced with brandy and cream.

A Royal Romance
Pearls of melon, tropical fruits and berries kissed with a dash of Malibu


A Torrid Affair
Wild mushroom soup laced with sherry and cream partnered with cheese straws   

Cupids Arrows    
Asparagus spears lovingly wrapped in Parma ham, topped with cherry vine tomatoes and glazed with hollandaise sauce

Lady Chatterley’s Lover   
Game keepers terrine of tender pieces of rabbit, pheasant, ham and venison with toasted focaccia and red onion marmalade

Sweet Whispers    
A pillow of smoked salmon filled with a crab and prawn mousse with lemon mayonnaise and salad leaves.


Main Courses

My Brave Heart   
Fillet of Highland Beef gently roasted with a mushroom and shallot stuffing, wrapped in pancetta with a deep red wine jus

The French Lieutenant's Woman   
Fillet of Brill left waiting in a champagne and cream sauce   



Eves Temptation      
Succulent breast of free range chicken, sautéed in calvados and tarragon garnished with caramelized apple  

 

Viennese Waltz  
Leeks ,spinach and ricotta baked in filo pastry ,placed on a pesto cream sauce .  

 Little Bo Peep   
Tender cannon of lamb gently roasted with a spinach and mint mousse, redcurrant and port wine sauce.

Ménage et trois    
An entanglement of citrus ,lemon posset ,orange and Grand Marnier ice cream in a brandy snap , lime and mint cheesecake .

Romeo and Juliet 
A smooth mango and passion fruit Panacotta partnered with shortbread biscuits

  
Valentinos Charm 
A heart shaped sponge base topped with a coffee and Baileys mascarpone cream with a raspberry sauce.   

My Broken Hearts
Crushed meringues mingled with whipped cream and strawberries.

Mr Grey
A smooth rich chocolate tart paired with crème fraiche and candied orange
