Smooth celeriac soup drizzled with truffle oil ,coupled with parmesan crisps .

Duck Liver Parfait charmed with french brandy,accompanied with toasted brioche and red onion marmalade.

A Royal Romance 
A marriage of Lobster ,crab and Crayfish,rolled in smoked salmon accompanied with tossed salad leaves

French Bons Bons      

Goats Cheese ,spinach and sundried tomatoes rolled in panko breadcrumbs,deepfried and placed on roasted heritage beetroots  . 

Megan's Crown  
Pearls of melon and tropical fruits kissed with framboise ,placed on a contrast of fruit coulis.

Madame Butterfly
Strips of squid and prawns danced around a stirfry of vegetables seasoned with soy and pickled ginger

Main Courses

Love me Tender   
Rack of Lamb roasted pink with a pistachio herb crust and a redcurrant and port wine sauce .

Cupids Arrow
Fillet of Lemon Sole poached in a champagne beurre blanc and topped with asparagus spears .

Eves Temptation
Succulent breast of free range chicken enticed with a calvados and tarragan cream sauce ,garnished with caramelized apples 

 A Tart with a Heart      
Shortcrust pastry case baked with wild mushrooms and leeks topped with gruyere cheese and roasted cherry vine tomatoes .    

My Brave Heart   
Fillet of Highland Beef gently roasted with a mushroom and shallot stuffing ,wrapped in panchetta with a deep red wine jus .  

main course served with Valentine potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables

Mixed Emotions 
Crushed meringues bound with whipped cream and winter berries   .  

Menage et Trois  
An entanglement of three mini brulees ,Grand Marnier ,mango and passion fruit and expresso. 
Valentinos Tango  
Amaretti biscuits base, topped with a mascarpone and Italian  liquier coffee cream ,sprinkled with grated chocloate .

Melting hearts
A classic favourite of sticky toffee pudding with a warm fudge sauce and vanilla ice cream .

Tahitian Beauty 
Coconut and Malibu ice cream served in a brandy snap and topped with tropical fruits and a warm chocolate sauce
