Smooth celeriac soup drizzled with truffle oil ,coupled with parmesan crisps .

Duck Liver Parfait charmed with french brandy,accompanied with toasted brioche and red onion marmalade.

A marriage of Lobster ,crab and Crayfish,rolled in smoked salmon accompanied with tossed salad leaves


French Bons Bons      

Goats Cheese ,spinach and sundried tomatoes rolled in panko breadcrumbs,deepfried and placed on roasted heritage beetroots   . 

Megan's Crown  
Pearls of melon and tropical fruits kissed with framboise ,placed on a contrast of fruit coulis.

Fillet of Lemon Sole poached in a champagne beurre blanc and topped with asparagus spears .


Eves Temptation
Succulent breast of free range chicken enticed with a calvados and tarragan cream sauce ,garnished with caramelized apples

Shortcrust pastry case baked with wild mushrooms and leeks topped with gruyere cheese and roasted cherry vine tomatoes .

Tenderloin of  Pork rolled in sage butter,wrapped in panchetta ,laid on a bed of creamed leeks with a cidar jus
