ABOUT
THE BRAND
"Whatever
Next...?" needs to be understood as well as experienced and so you
may find it helpful to read a little about the origins and the
story-to-date of this rapidly growing concept.
Where
did it start?
“Whatever Next…?” started life as the name of a day away, run for small
groups of individuals facing life or career changes. From the
beginning, a feature of the workshops was the need for people to take
some dedicated time to consider the really important questions in their
lives, while at the same time keeping in mind the practical
requirements of finding a new job or other employment.
Who
is involved?
Jeremy Clare and Mike O’Sullivan founded the concept. Jeremy founded
the company and wrote the book which supplements the process. From 2003
onwards he has been finding like-minded associates who enjoy and are
wholly committed to this innovative and highly creative approach. They
have all trained together and gained valuable facilitation experience
over the last few years. We can provide up to four teams on any one day
making it realistic to undertake larger scale work for companies and
other organizations.
What's
happening now?
“Whatever Next…?” runs two or three open events every month and
these are ideal for individuals to book. They will experience a
purposeful, valuable and wholly confidential day spent exploring their
future direction.
In
addition to these regular days, bespoke days are designed for teams and
executive boards who seek to benefit from the space provided, the open
agenda and the skilled facilitation. The aim of such days could vary
from team building to strategic development, from conflict resolution
to values alignment.
Where
might it go?
“Whatever Next…?” truly lives its own brand and so the genuine
answer is “almost anywhere”!
New
applications are conceived regularly and we await future events of all
types with great confidence and anticipation. Anything that puzzles us
while we are trying to plan our organisational or individual lives
would likely become clearer by applying the principles and processes of
this unique day.
