Limited is an independent consultancy firm. We
advise Local Authorities on planning
applications for mobile phone masts and represent them as an expert
witness at Public Inquiries - over 1,000 planning officers and Council
Members have attended our highly-acclaimed training courses on
planning for telecommunications.
Please note that we do not work for the mobile phone industry or
anti-mast groups. We do not work for resident's action
groups. We cannot advise individuals on who to contact to lease land or space on building to mobile phone
companies.
ECS advises the Legal Profession on matters
surrounding telecommunications - particularly mobile communications.
We advise developers on potential
issues surrounding mobile phone masts on or close to proposed
developments.
We also advise large organisations on how the
application of mobile communications technology can improve their
businesses. We also advise emergency service and other governmental
bodies on the technical issues surrounding mobile and fixed radio
