Kitchen: This leads off from the Family Room. It is well-appointed with a large oven and hob, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dish washer, and other electrical items. With a large larder and plenty of storage space there is also plenty of cutlery, china and glassware & pots & pans.

Pool and Spa
Pool: This is a large (25ft x 15ft) heated pool with Spa, with underwater lighting and around the pool area are loungers and chairs. The pool is separated from the lanai by a removable child safety fence. The whole pool area and Lanai are covered with a fine mesh to keep away the insects.
